This high-end residential interior design is our first award-winning project at the Commercial Interior Design Awards! The contemporary interior offers a monochromatic canvas, reflecting a masculine feel, but also shows a sensitivity, yet boldness through the introduction of red. The walls are left white for neutrality, subtly accentuated through varying textures, to enable the products and furniture to make the statement of individuality. Traditional Mashrabiya is utilised in a modern form, whilst the German custom-made kitchen is a true reflection of personal taste.

This creative apartment follows a clean and concise form, with discreet detailing offering simplicity in design. This loft interior design is flexible in its layout, with working, dining, fitness and relaxation areas to accommodate the varied lifestyle of a young executive. Family artwork has been carefully positioned to provide additional colour and features throughout, whilst the high end furniture, fittings and fixtures, showcase a luxury residential interior, befitting of the client’s status and vision, fully achieving the brief.
