History
Established in 1999 as a fit-out company, Broadway progressed into office design and build, creating much of DIFC, Internet and Media City. Building a solid reputation for on-time, high-quality project delivery, government commercial projects followed including Control Centres for the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC).
Diversifying to include residential design during the 2008 crash, resulted in a strong portfolio of high end interior and exterior residential projects.
In 2009 our design of the multi-award-winning Asia Asia, our first restaurant/bar interior design consultancy for a leading F&B Operator, opened to high acclaim leading onto one of the strongest F&B Interior Design portfolios in Dubai!
Winning awards since 2010, the top accolade ‘World’s Best Leisure Interior’ 2021, cemented Broadway as one of the leading Interior Design Consultancies in the region and we continue to win local and international awards for our innovative, intelligent design strategy.

We are passionate about sustainable design, we partner with suppliers that are committed to 100% carbon neutral to reduce global warming and Greenguard Indoor Air Quality Certification to meet strict chemical emission limits. We specify LED lighting, reducing energy consumption, and are industry leaders in the region committed to the environment with certification to show sustainable qualities.
With LEED certified projects in our portfolio and an innovative, intelligent interior design strategy, we create concepts that reinvent, recycle and reuse existing materials where possible, helping to keep budgets tight, yet completely transforming a space to achieve the client vision. Winning a sustainable award in 2015 for our lighting design in the TME Office Showroom, we have also been highly commended and shortlisted for the sustainable design of Lock, Stock and Barrel.
