This commercial office design is a new co-working space project for entrepreneurs that challenges the traditional notions of a work environment with recreational elements encouraging movement, boosting creativity and productivity; an environment to ‘think outside the box’! The innovative interior incorporates a biophilic, contemporary design on all four floors; recreational features play a big part, providing the fun aspect, differentiating the Business Centre from the working norms, and offering an adrenalin-filled escape. State-of-the-art technology has been integrated into one system throughout.

A climbing wall is strengthened with structural design and an authentic running track, the entire length of the floor introduces exercise and colour! A bespoke slide creates lively access down to the lower floor, the structure doubling up as a dramatic corridor feature. Seating swings are integrated at various levels, giving transition and movement, promoting healthy working. Embracing its industrial design origins, raw, original elements are frequently seen throughout the scheme with open plan spaces and original features throughout, making this office one of the most unique work spaces in Dubai.
