In the last week, the Broadway team have travelled across the globe for our current design consultancy projects. Scroll down to see what they’ve been up to! Jet, Set, Design!

Pictured below you’ll see Senior Designer Glen, who travelled with Senior Project Manager, Mike, to Kazan, Russia. They reviewed the progress on the build of ‘Lock, Stock and Barrel’ and ‘Asia Asia’ in the new award-winning Kazan Palace Hotel. They also discussed our new design concept and provided material samples for ‘Central’, our latest exciting F&B concept. The hotel is due to open in March 2019, when the temperatures should be a little warmer than the current -16!

Another of our Senior Designers Jen, took a trip to Izmir, Turkey. She finalised furniture for a recent design consultancy project ‘District’. The exciting new lounge bar to be located in the Rixos Premium Hotel, JBR. During her trip she was delighted to be invited to visit the historical Roman ‘Celsus Library’ in Ephesus, which dates back to 117AD, by her industry peers Irmak and Serdar, what a treat!

Lastly, our founder and owner Chris, headed off to Milan, Italy. He was greeted with brilliant blue skies, crisp air and his favourite modern architecture! Chris finds Milan truly inspiring for his creative skills. He enjoyed taking in the sights, alongside his negotiations for the furniture and lighting solutions on his new designs for Black Tap in KSA!

The full design team are now back home in Dubai. They feel regenerated, innovative and ready to get stuck back into work in preparation for our upcoming projects. Stay tuned for more! Until the next Jet, Set, Design…
