Central Kitchens at The Galleria Al Maryah Island is a vibrant food hall reimagined to create a welcoming destination for families, professionals and visitors. The F&B interior design is inspired by a strong biophilic narrative, blending an indoor–outdoor metropolitan feel with natural materials, greenery and distinctive detailing. Bespoke features, including the handcrafted Gaff Tree and 37 individual tile designs, bring character and identity to the space, transforming a traditional food court into an engaging social dining destination and a distinctive example of contemporary hospitality design in the UAE.
